In case of exchange the charges will be borne by the customer.

Once your return passes a quick quality check, your replacement will be dispatched

If there’s a price difference, the extra amount will be issued as VEYN store credit

📝 Example: Exchanging a ₹2000 item for ₹1800? You’ll get ₹200 as store credit.
